The LumberJills lost tonight on the road to UW-Stout 79-67.  The Jills move to 8-5 overall on the season with the loss.  Northland would play well in the first half and would go into the break down only two points at 37-35.  The Blue Devils came out hot the in the second half shooting 58.6 % from the floor.  The Jills were nearly as hot shooting 55.6 %, but turnovers would help UW-Stout start the half on a 21-6 run and build a lead that the Jills would not be able to overcome.  Lindsey Hamm (Sr. Ontonagon, Mich.) led the Jills with 19 points.  Lulu Seelye (So. Deer River, Minn.)  chipped in with 13 points on 5-6 shooting and Freshmen Sam Stanfield added 12 points off the bench.  The Jills will be back at home this Saturday against UMAC rival St. Scholastica starting at 3 p.m.
