Hamm drives for game winning shot

The LumberJills won again on a last second shot made by a Senior.  This time it what Lindsey Hamm's turn as she drove to the lane for the game winning layup.  She had 9 points total in the game for the Jills.  Northland improves to 11-5 overall on the season and 7-0 in the UMAC.  Laura Fisher came off the bench to lead the Jills with 11 points and 4 rebounds.  Please see box score below for full stats.

Laura Fisher (Jr./Green Bay, Wis.) lead the LumberJills (11-5, 7-0 UMAC) with 11 points. Chelsea Lundgren (Sr./ Crosby, Minn.) and Sam Stanfield (Fr./ Deerwood, Minn.) each grabbed seven rebounds to lead the team.

Lindsey Hamm (Sr./ Ontonagon, Mich.) overcame some early struggles shooting the ball to score the game winning shot as she drove all the way to the hoop to seal the game.

Martin Luther (4-11, 2-5 UMAC) was lead by Katherine Kogler, who scored a game high 13.

The Jills will be back in action on Tuesday, as they take on Finlandia University at home.
