The LumberJills won their 6th straight game tonight, beating UW-Superior 65-42.  The win improves the Jills to 14-5 on the season.  The Jills continued to play great defense as they held the Yellowjackets to just 19.2 percent from the field in the first as they built a 17 point lead at 33-16. They would continue to dominate in the second half as they would build the lead to as much as 26.  Four Jills reached double figures in scoring with Lulu Seelye leading the way with 12.  Mel Waytashek followed with 10 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists.  Ashley Runge and Laura Fisher both added 10 points off the bench for the Jills.  They will head on the road this weekend to take on Presentation and UM-Morris.
