Roiger Resigns as Women's Basketball Coach

Northland College Director of Athletics Steve Wammer announced today that head Women’s Basketball Coach Dan Roiger has resigned to accept a similar position at St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y. Roiger coached five seasons at Northland, coming to Ashland from Carlton College where he served as an assistant coach.

Update on Baseball Schedule

The LumberJacks will be back in action tomorrow afternoon at LumberJack Field for a single game with Crown College starting at 3:00 PM. The game that was scheduled for Wednesday April 29th against North Central University has been cancelled, no make-up date has been set at this time. The Jacks will host Bethany Lutheran College this weekend for a 3-game series starting on Friday May 1st at 3:00 PM with a single game, and then May 2nd with a double-header starting at 12:00 PM. All games will be webcast at northlandcollegesports.com.
