The LumberJills traveled to Menomonie, WI today to play against the University of Wisconsin-Stout Blue Devils.

The Blue devils would jump out to an early lead against the LumberJills. The Jills would battle throughout the first half, but the Blue Devils would be able to answer. The Jills chipped away at the Blue Devils' lead, but they would be able to answer and eventually take a 39-15 lead into halftime. The Jills picked up their offense in the third quarter, but the Blue Devils would continue to build their lead. The Jills continued to battle in the fourth quarter, but it wouldn't be enough. The Blue Devils would go on to win 68-26.

Sarah Houle, Katherine Taylor, Emily Wagner, and Autumn Ninke all recorded 5 points for the LumberJills.

The LumberJills will be back on the court 12/7 at home against the Finlandia University Lions. Tip off is scheduled for 7pm.

Northland College is an NCAA Division III institution located in Ashland, WI. The LumberJacks and LumberJills sponsor 15 varsity sports and compete in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference and the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association.
