Head Coach Kim Falkenhagen commented on the game. "Northwestern is the #8 team in the country and is a tough team to play. Our goal was to compete against them better than the first time we played, and I feel we achieved that."

The LumberJills will be back on the court 10/7 at home against Crown College. The match is scheduled to begin at 3:00pm.

Northland College is an NCAA Division III institution located in Ashland, WI. The LumberJacks and LumberJills sponsor 15 varsity sports and compete in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference and the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association.
